A development flat, reimagined.
My first property development project. I oversaw every aspect, from obtaining all the licences and consulting with a structural engineer to coordinating the timetable of works.
I reconfigured the flat from one bedroom to two, with a large conservatory kitchen. For the sale, I furnished it with a mix of new and antique pieces rented from suppliers across London. The aim was a space that felt individual and characterful, while still working within the expectations of the Chelsea property market.
The flat received a full asking price offer less than two weeks after going on the market: a record price for the street.
